Great news for everyone preparing for the Rajasthan REET exam: The Rajasthan Education Secretary has shared information about the exam date, when the exam will be conducted, and when the application forms will be released, which we have told you here. We are going to see the online notification of the Rajasthan REET exam in the first week of November, and the online application is also expected to start by the second week of November.

The Board of Secondary Education has started preparing for the online application; as soon as all the work is completed, you will be informed through official social media and the website about when the notification will be issued. All Rajasthan female and male candidates can submit their applications for the Rajasthan REET exam. The candidate must take any of the B.Ed / BSTC / D.El.Ed to apply for this exam courses.

All candidates who pass the REET exam climb the ladder to becoming teachers. The REET exam is conducted for two levels of students, Level 1 and Level 2, in which candidates with different eligibility criteria submit their applications. Candidates take part in REET Level 1 to become primary teachers and to become teachers in upper primary school; it is mandatory for the candidate to have a two-year or four-year B.Ed course.

Rajasthan REET 2024 Notification Release date

The notification for the Rajasthan REET Pre and Mains exam has yet to be released, but the advertisement is expected to be released in the first week of November. Rajasthan REET 2024 Notification release date

This time, a detailed notification of recruitment for more than 20,000 posts, including Rajasthan REET Level 1 and Level 2, can be seen. Seventeen thousand posts can be issued for Level 1 Primary Teacher and 13000 posts for REET Level 2 Upper Primary Teacher because currently there are about 32,000 vacant posts.

Age Limit

Application Fee

A fixed application fee has been fixed for the candidates who wish to apply online for this recruitment. Candidates of all categories must pay the application fee for this recruitment. An application fee of Rs.550 will be charged to all the applicants applying for REET Level 1, and an application fee of Rs.550 has been fixed for those applying for Level 2. If the candidate has a BSTC and a B.Ed degree and wants to apply for Levels 1 and 2, he will have to pay an application fee of Rs.750.

Eligibility Criteria

The Rajasthan REET exam is conducted at two levels, and the eligibility requirements for each level are different. We have explained to you in detail here which candidate can apply for which level of exam.

REET Leval 1 Education Qualification

  • All applicants applying for the REET Level 1 exam must be Indian citizens.
  • The age limit of the applicant should be more than 18 years.
  • It is mandatory to have passed BSTC/D.El.Ed has more than 50% marks from any recognized board.

REET Leval 2 Education Qualification

  • The candidate must be an Indian.
  • The applicant must be above 18 years of age.
  • All applicants must have either a two-year B.Ed or a four-year B.Ed course.

Note: Let me tell the applicants that only those candidates can apply for the B.Ed and BSTC/D.El.Ed posts degree. If the candidate is studying in the final year of his degree course, he can submit an online application for this recruitment.

Rajasthan REET 2024 Selection Process

The selection of candidates for the REET exam goes through these three Important steps. Candidates should read these three steps carefully-

  • Pre-Written Exam: The candidate who applies for the REET exam must first appear in the pre-exam. The pre exam is only a qualifying exam that you have to pass.
  • Main Exam: As soon as the candidate passes the pre-exam, he is invited to the main exam, in which the candidate who gets more than the cut-off marks is selected for this recruitment.
  • Document Verification: Candidates who pass the pre- and primary exams are called for document verification, in which all the essential documents are identified. After this, they are selected for the following vacant posts.

  2. Now, on the official website’s homepage, you will see the option of news updates. Click on the option for REET Exam 2024.
  3. Click on Apply to complete the REET 2024 online application form. You will now see two options, Level 1 and Level 2. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.
  4. Now, the candidates have to fill out complete information about themselves. Keep in mind that they should not fill out any kind of wrong information.
  5. Scan all the documents to ensure everything is clear before uploading them. The latest passport-size photo must be coloured.
